  Hadn't been here for almost 20 years, but remembered nothing but great food and service, so we made the 40 mile trip to try it again. The bar was remodeled and much more open than we remembered. The drinks were great and they still have the waitress take your order while seated at the bar. We were seated promptly and the waitress served our salads. They only consisted of lettuce, but they did provide a relish tray with tomato slices and shredded cheese. I ordered the king prime rib and although is was huge and done to perfection I barely had as much edible meat as my wife's queen which was very disappointing. The waitress had to be flagged down several times to refill our water glasses and never did ask how the meal was prepared. When it came time to pay the bill, a different waitress appeared and said our first waitress was assigned to another area of the restaurant. We had four in our party and the other meals were very good, but not what we had remembered when we were here in the past.

  First off this is a similar situation to most supper clubs that I have been to so far. If you want to eat, YOU ORDER AT THE BAR and then they will give you a number and seat you when your food is ready. This is a hard concept for people that are not from Wisconsin to understand. I have had a hard time figuring this out at the couple of supper clubs that I have attended.
  
  Blanck's itself is actually a great supper club. They have amazing service, good food, and a great atmosphere. The drinks that they make are nice and have great flavors that pair with the booze. They have multiple bars which include one in the back of the restaurant that you can hang out at before you order food and sit down to eat. They have great fish options and everything comes with a salad and bread. I would recommend visiting and trying this place out.

  I've been eating at BSC since the mid 90's. Their steaks and prime rib are awesome. Don't go there however if you are in a hurry because they can get busy pretty quick. So if you want great food and CS but aren't in a hurry BSC is the place for you.
